Once we establish a strong relationship, we will start to explore a little more about you and your presenting problem. One way I like to explore is by hearing your experiences through life. I also like to learn about your family and make connections to your past experiences. Through exploration, I hope that you will find awareness and understanding of your experiences to help you grow in your unique way.

Growing is a multi-layered process and is one that will take place over time in therapy. We grow every time we learn something new about ourselves or those around us. We become inspired to change a pattern that frustrates us or to implement new strategies. Therapy is a place for continuous growth and development!
