Our approach
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. It can be difficult to start the journey of healing through therapy, but you have made a huge step by being here. Life can be challenging and stressful in its own way, but rest assured that we will find a way for you to adapt and grow through it all.
My goal for sessions is to offer a safe, non-judgmental place to explore these challenges. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, we will reflect on your needs and hopes for therapy. I offer individual and family sessions that occur either weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Therapeutic modalities include (but are not limited to) an experiential based approach, collaborative therapy, and Bowen natural systems theory. This means that I value hearing your experiences and enjoy connecting them to your family through a multigenerational lens.
Check out the Services page to learn more about the process of therapy.
Providing you with a safe space to reflect
Sessions are completed in a comfortable, private space of your choosing via a secure telehealth platform. Rest easy knowing that your sessions are a place of confidential discussion where you can freely express and reflect on any thoughts or feelings you may have.
Feel the most you in your bedroom? Go right ahead! Prefer sitting on the couch with your pets? I encourage that too. I want you to feel secure in whatever environment suits you best.
Teletherapy Options
There is currently no available options for in-person sessions, but feel free to check back for updates! Sessions are completed via a HIPAA-compliant online platform for anyone residing in Florida. Details are included upon intake. If you’re interested, please contact me so we book your free 15-minute consultation.

“Empathy has no script. There is no right or wrong way to do it. It’s listening, holding space, withholding judgement, emotionally connecting, and communicating an incredibly healing message that you are not alone”.
